The real problem
Great crews don’t run out of skill. They run out of calendar.
Word of mouth goes quietAnd you don’t know where next month’s jobs come from.
Shared leads, race to the bottomDirectory leads get sold to 4 or 5 other crews. Same homeowner, lowest price wins.
You call back too lateYou’re on a job all day. By the time you call, they’ve booked someone else.
Agencies that sell reportsClicks and impressions don’t pay the crew. Booked estimates do.
The work you’re good at
How it works
You do the estimates. We fill the calendar.
A done-for-you booking machine, built for one trade. Nothing for you to set up, learn or manage.
A lead is a name and a number you still have to chase. A booked appointment is a homeowner we spoke to, who agreed to meet you at a set time. Each one arrives with everything you need before you drive over.

To get there, we call and qualify about ~35 homeowners for you.
This is your money. Our fee is separate: a fixed price × 10 appointments, paid upfront. We give you the exact price on the call. Ad spend goes straight to Meta & Google, in your own accounts.
You pay for booked estimates. Not for clicks or leads.
Fixed price per booked appointment × the number you choose
You choose how many (5, 10, 15 or 20), pay upfront, and we deliver them. The price per appointment is set on our first call, based on your area. Ad spend is separate: you pay Meta & Google directly, in your own ad accounts, and we tell you upfront what we recommend.
You choose how many
You start with 10 booked estimates, paid upfront. When they’re delivered, you decide: order more, or stop.
I’m Yael Lasry. For 15 years I’ve run a web marketing agency with a full in-house team: designers, copywriters and ad specialists, with AI built into how we work every day. I’m Google Ads certified, and I also work as a marketing consultant and speaker.
Our clients all live in the world of homes and buildings: real estate agents, property developers, real estate lawyers, architects and renovation pros. We know how a homeowner decides, and what makes them pick up the phone.
Closer to home, my husband is a renovation and leak-detection pro. I took over his marketing and he went from working solo to running a team of five. His colleagues asked for the same thing. ContractorsBooked is that system, built for epoxy and garage-floor pros.

A homeowner we spoke to on the phone, who owns the property, has a real flooring project in your area, and confirmed a date and time for you to come quote in person. A form fill or a missed call is not a booked appointment, and it doesn’t count toward the appointments you ordered.
Are the appointments shared with other contractors?
No. Every appointment is 100% yours, and we take one epoxy pro per area so we never send the same homeowner to a competitor.
How much does it cost?
Two parts. Our fee is a fixed price per booked appointment, agreed on our first call based on your area. You choose how many appointments you want (5, 10, 15 or 20) and pay for them upfront; we then deliver them. The ad budget is separate: you pay it directly to Meta and Google, in your own ad accounts, and we tell you upfront how much we recommend. No setup fee, no retainer. Most garage floor jobs run $2,000 to $6,000, so one signed job usually covers several appointments.
How fast do you call new leads?
Within the hour during business hours. Speed is the whole point: a homeowner who just asked for a quote is far more likely to book than one called back days later.
Do I need an ad account?
Yes. The campaigns run in your own Meta and Google ad accounts and you pay the ad budget there directly, but we build and manage everything in them. You never have to touch an ad. If you have a website, Google reviews or job photos, we use them to make the ads stronger.
What about no-shows?
Every appointment is confirmed by phone, and the homeowner gets reminders before the visit. That keeps no-shows low.
Which areas do you cover?
We’re starting in Arizona’s East Valley: Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale and Phoenix. Each area goes to one contractor only.
How does the commitment work?
You pick how many booked appointments you want: 5, 10, 15 or 20, and pay for them upfront. Once they’re delivered, you decide whether to order more or stop. No long-term contract.
Limited: one pro per area
